OUR ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND MANAGEMENT BOARD
Integrated Agricultural Association (I.A.A) is made up of two main decision-making organs, which are the General Assembly and the Executive Bureau
The General Assembly
Consisting of all registered members and is the supreme decision-making organ of IAA. Our General Assembly meets once a year for an ordinary session and can also be convened into meeting more as a result to a written petition signed by at least one quarter of IAA registered members.
The Executive Bureau
Comprise three members elected by the General Assembly for a three-year term of Office renewable and re-eligible if they serve a consecutive term. The Executive Bureau is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of Integrated Agricultural Association (IAA).
Staffs, Volunteers, and Interns
They are responsible for the routine works of IAA such as project conception, writing, implementation, fundraising and a lot more.
Beneficiaries, Stakeholders, and Donors
They are at the center of our success at IAA and are the most suitable people we consult before making any developmental decisions annually.
